5.3 No Storage

We do not store your User Content after processing. Once we deliver the transformed text to your browser, the original and processed content is immediately discarded from our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the website, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by QuickParaphrase and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Services use artificial intelligence to transform and analyze text. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Human Review Required: You should always review and verify AI-generated content before use

These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Your use of these services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Damages arising from errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickParaphrase and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickParaphrase regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.

15.2 Severability
